Smell possible drug use

2 - If you cannot locate source, just record where the smell was in Starrez.

Power outage in apartment

1 - Unplug everything in flat except fridge

2 - Check all power switches in apartment powerbox are on. This is in the apartment hallway.

3 - If all on, open power cupboard in main hallway and turn apartment switch back on

4 - If power blows again it is a faulty appliance in the apartment

2 - Check Fuse box switches if any fuse has blown. Flick back on if needed

Screwdriver and batteries in second drawer down at access desk. Unscrew from inside of room, replace batteries and dispose of old batteries
